Do not use a gift card

Do not use a gift card.
Got one for my birthday and was on the phone for over 20 minutes to order a single item because they don't allow you to use gift cards on their website. Kept being put on hold - super frustrating.

Terrible service no integrity

Terrible service no integrity. I order a bedroom and two side tables because they where in stock. They called me last Friday to deliver the furniture, mind you I was ordering this in two parts and willing to pay shipping twice because I needed a bed. So they called me to set up delivery Friday 9-1. At 12:45 they called me to tell me we don’t have your furniture. After I took a day off from
Work ordered the set in two parts paid shipping twice for me to have absolutely nothing!!! Customer services can careless never order from here!!! Shop anywhere but here!!

Worst Customer service!

Worst customer service ever! Absolutely no respect their customers! Customer service promises one thing, but does either nothing or opposite.

No Integrity

This company has no integrity. I placed an order in November 2020 and waited until late March early April for a cabinet. I spent over $20,000 on furniture. I finally called them to find out where the other cabinet was on deliver. They informed me that I needed to pay an additional $107 so they could order and deliver this cabinet. How ridiculous is that? No one bothered to call me or email me. I told them I wanted to talk to a manager or the CEO. No one called me. I finally told them to refund my money On the cabinet that I had already paid close to $1400 for. I will never shop at Z Gallerie again. Broken pieces were delivered including a dresser, buffet cabinet and a broken mirror.

Premium Price, Subpar Service

I ordered and paid for my furniture on 12/5/2020. I received several calls and emails about adding insurance to my furniture (that I don’t have) I called 3/10/2021 for a status update. I have told that my order is pushed out to mid to late May. I asked why wasn’t notified I was told they don’t have a system that to notify customers. I asked about canceling my order I was told I can’t cancel my order. I’m out a few thousand dollars and without furniture.

High Price, No Product

Stay away They will lie to get your money and hold it hostage

Stay away, They will lie to sell you something. I was promised my furniture in 9 to 12 weeks. Now they are saying it will take 7 months. Their customer service refuses to refund me or to expedite my delivery, I would NOT have bought it if I knew it would take thst long. They are essentially holding me nd my money hostage and are in violation of their written and verbal contract. It was supposed to be delivered Feb 24th and now it is maybe May, Four times they have promised to have the head of their escalation team return my call and they have not. I will never buy from them again, They have no integrity and you cant trust anything they say. They will eagerly take your money but you may or may not get your furniture. I am going to have to take legal action. It is such a shame that they care so little for their customers.

Very disappointed..

Very disappointed... I spent thousands of dollars furnishing my entire house.
My formal dining room table with mirror top you can literally see rows and rows of glue spots showing through! They refuse to help the issue and it is obvious defective! I have never even sat at this table it’s for looks only. Wish I could post pictures.
Beware of mirrored top items.

Do not shop at ZGallerie!!

Do not shop at ZGallerie!!! They are scammers! Saying it will be delivered by end of Feb. now saying will take until end of April! When I cancelled order they are telling me there will be a 50% restocking fee. They have had my $$ since November! Stay away from this store!

I purchased an item from them and…

I purchased an item from them and didn't work and I had to pay alot of money to return and then when I got my credit they didn't give me my whole credit they are a RIP OFF will never shop there again everyone beware .

Great products

That's company has great products but they fail when trying to get them to customers. Prices online are more expensive than actual in store? If u live near one on in don't order online.

I called for 11 days and wrote multiple emails over 11 days before I was able to reach customer service. When I finally did, the customer service was the worse I have ever experienced. DO NOT SHOP HERE

Do NOT BUY IS A SCAM.
I purchase a Sofa at the beginning of March, it was supposed to deliver 8 weeks after (beginning of May) at the end of may.
Beginning of June 12 weeks after the order I called to check on my sofa and the said that was delayed and were uncertain on a delivery date, so I asked to cancel my order, they refused and threat that I would have lost my money if the order was going to be canceled.
At the end of June I called again as we were going into the 16 weeks from the order, again no certain date for delivery and again I attempt to cancel the order, with the same result they threat to not return my money, so, I had to stick with the order.
Finally, on July27 the sofa was derived basically 5 months after my purchase.
Once the Sofa was installed I realized that neither the model and the size where the one ordered, so I called back customer service to have the sofa picked up and to have a full refund, at this point they agreed to refund me 14 business day after they would have picked up the sofa, they came a month after on August 30 to get the item from my apartment.
Since then, I'm waiting for a full refund, its now mid December and still no refund have been issued and every time I call (when I'm able to talk with somebody) to say that the payment is scheduled for the following week.
Bottom line after more than 9 months from the purchase they are unlawfully holding my money and their behavior is nothing less than a scammer that just stole my money and has no intention to return the sum paid.
Just do not buy from this company the market is full of honest competitor that stand behind their products.
